Corr Group Agency is a boutique brokerage firm that provides advisory services to residential and commercial real estate investors. We provide our services to individuals and businesses in Florida. Whether it be an investor looking for an income-producing asset or a new business owner looking for a location, we can assist statewide. Some of our recent clients include home investors, landlords, tenants such as health and beauty retailers, fitness studios, restauranteurs, industrial users, ground leases, and many more.
Bryan Corr, Jr. , CPA, CVA
Broker Owner
Bryan contributes experience in public accounting, finance, and real estate transactions to the firm. Bryan moved to Florida in 2018. Previously, he was a licensed CPA at a public accounting firm in Denver. Since he moved, he has held responsibilities within construction development and management, property management, business development, and residential property investment. Bryan was born and raised in Alabama where he received an Accounting undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama’s School of Business. Bryan then attended The University of Denver to complete the Master of Accountancy program at the Daniel’s College of Business where he was also licensed as a Certified Valuation Analyst.
Bryan is a member of the local Point Washington United Methodist Church where he is a chairman of the finance committee. He also participates in the Rosemary Beach Foundation, Alaqua, and other charitable foundations.
Daphne Corr

Daphne contributes experience in commercial and residential real estate. Daphne moved to Florida in 2018. Previously, she was a licensed real estate broker in Denver where she worked with Cushman and Wakefield in their multifamily division. After she moved, she worked within the commercial real estate division of The St. Joe Company where she managed leasing, sales, and construction development for over 1 million square feet of commercial assets. Daphne was born and raised in Alabama where she received her undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama College of Human and Environmental Sciences with a minor from The School of Business.
Daphne is a member of the local Point Washington United Methodist Church where she is a member of the new member committee and participates in the Point Washington Medical Clinic, Rosemary Beach Foundation, Alaqua, and other charitable foundations.
Josh Ross

Josh Ross epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Josh is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients as well as being well versed in the language of luxury real-estate on 30A and beyond. By making an industry leap to real estate from construction, his skills sets separate him from the rest. He can sell you your dream house, and help you renovate it too.
Josh grew up in the Dallas Fort Worth area before he and his family made the move to the emerald coast, seeking a slower paced, more active lifestyle. Josh is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, and three children. With his love for nature, paddle boarding, fishing, and free diving, South Walton County is the perfect fit.
Josh and his wife Ashley are opening an Organic Cafe and wellness brand here on 30A, hoping to provide healthy clean options, as well as educating people on healthier food and product choices. A true passion of theirs, after his wife fell ill 5 years ago with autoimmune type 1 diabetes. Their goal is to help others struggling with their health find healthy solutions and support.
Blake Hunter

Blake, a coastal native from Mobile, Alabama, and a distinguished alumnus of South Alabama with a BS/BA Degree. With 15 years of seasoned corporate sales expertise spanning Industrial, Horticulture, and Medical sectors, Blake channels his passion and charm into guiding clients towards their ideal residential or commercial properties. A 12-year local resident, he embodies a wealth of insider knowledge about the area.
Beyond real estate, Blake is the proud owner of Reel 30A, an acclaimed Fishing Charter business featured in Forbes Magazine and honored with four consecutive "Perfect in South Walton" awards for best Fishing Charter. Alongside his wife Paige and three delightful children, Blake is an active member of Destiny Worship. His dedication extends to creating enduring memories for clients, whether through unforgettable fishing experiences or astute property investments.
Andy Allen

Andy has been living down on 30A since 2003! Andy and his wife Mary reside in Alys beach but Andy has a passion for real estate both commercial and residential. He started Peddlers 30A in Seacrest in 2012 and enjoys getting to see the area grow! He loves Alabama football and hunting and has never met a stranger.
Sydney Hillebrand

Sydney grew up in Atlanta but vacationed down on 30a her entire childhood. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing with a minor in computer science. Sydney moved to Chicago after college and worked in Advertising for nine years before moving back down South with her husband, two daughters and dog Wrigley three years ago!
Sydney does Marketing for her family local business, Peddlers 30A and attends Redeemer Church locally! She enjoys going to the beach with her family and friends in addition to exploring all the unique spots this area has to offer. Sydney has a passion for connecting with people and helping people buy or sell their home with an extensive knowledge of the local market.
Zach Hillebrand

Zach combines his love of what South Walton has to offer from a lifestyle standpoint with his background in business and finance. After growing up in a small town in Iowa he went on to graduate with a BBA in Accounting from The University of Iowa. Zach moved to Chicago and worked in corporate finance for several well-known advertising and marketing firms there. After 10 years in the field and obtaining his MBA, he and his family moved to a new opportunity at the beach in 2020.
He helps manage a local family-owned business, Peddlers 30A and attends Redeemer 30A church. Outside of work, Zach loves to take advantage of everything 30A has to offer, typically on the golf course or near the water with his wife, two daughters and their dog. Zach has a passion for helping clients find properties that fill their needs both personally and, given his strong background in finance, as an investment.
Emma Wilson

Emma grew up in a military family and has lived in multiple states, but is proud to call Florida home for the past 8 years. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and minor in marketing. She also ran Cross Country for FGCU.
Emma has worked in 30A for the past six years at Peddlers 30A. In her free time she enjoys traveling and being active, whether that's paddleboarding, going to crossfit, or exploring 30A.
Emma's focus is to ensure client satisfaction by building strong relationships based on trust, integrity, and communication.
Lacey Teal

After growing up in Destin, Lacey moved back to the Emerald Coast from Birmingham, AL, in early 2021. She received her B.A. in Public Relations and M.A. in Communication from Auburn University. Lacey’s family has grown successful businesses in residential construction and real estate in the area since 2001, giving her a unique position to bring knowledge of both industries to the table for clients. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, reading, attending local events and activities with her family and church family, antiquing, cooking, and gardening in her free time.
