Corr Group Agency is a boutique brokerage firm that provides advisory services to residential and commercial real estate investors. We provide our services to individuals and businesses in Florida. Whether it be an investor looking for an income-producing asset or a new business owner looking for a location, we can assist statewide. Some of our recent clients include home investors, landlords, tenants such as health and beauty retailers, fitness studios, restauranteurs, industrial users, ground leases, and many more.
Bryan Corr, Jr. , CPA, CVA
Broker Owner
Bryan contributes experience in public accounting, finance, and real estate transactions to the firm. Bryan moved to Florida in 2019. Previously, he was a licensed CPA at a public accounting firm in Denver. Since he moved, he has held responsibilities within construction development and management, property management, business development, and residential property investment. Bryan was born and raised in Alabama where he received an Accounting undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama’s School of Business. Bryan then attended The University of Denver to complete the Master of Accountancy program at the Daniel’s College of Business where he was also licensed as a Certified Valuation Analyst.
Bryan also contributes his leadership as a board member at both the Ohana Institute and the Wild Heron Homeowners Association.
Daphne Corr
Associate
Daphne brings a strong background in both commercial and residential real estate. She moved to Florida in 2019 after working as a licensed real estate broker in Denver, where she was part of the multifamily division at Cushman and Wakefield. After relocating, she joined the commercial real estate division of The St. Joe Company, overseeing leasing, sales, and construction development for more than one million square feet of commercial assets. Originally from Alabama, Daphne earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama College of Human and Environmental Sciences, with a minor from The School of Business.
Blake Hunter
Associate
Blake, a coastal native from Mobile, Alabama, and a distinguished alumnus of South Alabama with a BS/BA Degree. With 15 years of seasoned corporate sales expertise spanning Industrial, Horticulture, and Medical sectors, Blake channels his passion and charm into guiding clients towards their ideal residential or commercial properties. A 12-year local resident, he embodies a wealth of insider knowledge about the area.
Beyond real estate, Blake is the proud owner of Reel 30A, an acclaimed Fishing Charter business featured in Forbes Magazine and honored with four consecutive "Perfect in South Walton" awards for best Fishing Charter. Alongside his wife Paige and three delightful children, Blake is an active member of Destiny Worship. His dedication extends to creating enduring memories for clients, whether through unforgettable fishing experiences or astute property investments.
Lacey Teal

After growing up in Destin, Lacey moved back to the Emerald Coast from Birmingham, AL, in early 2021. She received her B.A. in Public Relations and M.A. in Communication from Auburn University. Lacey’s family has grown successful businesses in residential construction and real estate in the area since 2001, giving her a unique position to bring knowledge of both industries to the table for clients. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, reading, attending local events and activities with her family and church family, antiquing, cooking, and gardening in her free time.
Zach Hillebrand
Associate
Zach combines his love of what South Walton has to offer from a lifestyle standpoint with his background in business and finance. After growing up in a small town in Iowa he went on to graduate with a BBA in Accounting from The University of Iowa. Zach moved to Chicago and worked in corporate finance for several well-known advertising and marketing firms there. After 10 years in the field and obtaining his MBA, he and his family moved to a new opportunity at the beach in 2020.
He helps manage a local family-owned business, Peddlers 30A and attends Redeemer 30A church. Outside of work, Zach loves to take advantage of everything 30A has to offer, typically on the golf course or near the water with his wife, two daughters and their dog. Zach has a passion for helping clients find properties that fill their needs both personally and, given his strong background in finance, as an investment.
